Healthy Gut Diversity

If you are struggling with diarrhea or watery stools after you eat healthy foods like leafy greens and raw fruits and vegetables and you do better with low fiber foods you could have developed an unhealthy balance of gut bacteria. A recent important study demonstrated that microbial diversity is lost after 4 generations of consuming a low fiber diet.

Prebiotics: Specialized plant fiber that acts as food for the good bacteria. This stimulates growth among the preexisting good bacteria.
